        The levels of enthusiasm displayed by people vary. For some, it may appear as if the ship they are steering is going off course. The captain may seem to be at the clemency of an ongoing storm or some new emerging drifts. On the other hand, for some who are zealous, vigour automatically comes into play. Your zeal or ennui is only yours; whether it is forward-moving, standstill or retarding, it is contingent on how you make the most of it.

You should not forget that today, organizations ignore employees who do not ignite. For them, one single zealous individual is equivalent to fifty ordinary guys.

If you are not passionate about your work, you will come to be regarded as a measly dormant individual with similar likelihood, just like the primer of a cartridge that is of limited utility before the hammer strikes it to give out that crucial spark. Zeal drives accomplishment. So, when you do something, you need to put your entire power and strength into it. You have to be full of zip, you have to be full of life and you have to be full of realism. That is what zeal is all about; and nothing is ever attained without it.     

Let your career passion be your career escort, director and conductor. You should chase your passion because without it you will lack energy and without energy you will be a big naught. After all, if you are working, you are not chasing your pension.
